Experience Exchange Report

In addition to other timely publications, every year, BOMA's research department produces the Experience Exchange Report, (EER) which is the most detailed and reputable source of its kind for detailed benchmark data on income and expenses. The 2005 edition, featuring 2004 data, contains operating income and expense data on over 5,000 private and public sector buildings covering almost 1 billion square feet of office space throughout North America. InSite Space Directory

InSite Real Estate Information Systems provides perspective to the commercial real estate industry in Canada through several initiatives which increase the investment appeal, credibility and performance of commercial real estate by establishing current market and relative performance data. Select from one of the two powerful search tools, or from one of the four reporting tools to access comprehensive details on the more than 3,500 office buildings in the seven major markets in Canada. This directory has a number of reports including: Tenant Options, Leasing Transactions, Available & Vacant Space Indicators, Occupancy Costs, Peer Group Comparisons, Change in Occupied Areas, and New supply Dynamics, all of which are available to members only.
