The Outstanding Building of the Year (TOBY) Awards

The Outstanding Building of the Year (TOBY) Award is the most prestigious and comprehensive program of its kind in the commercial real estate industry, recognizing quality in office buildings and awarding excellence in office building management.

The competition consists of three levels of judging. A building must first win at the local level to be eligible to enter the BOMA Canada national awards. Winners of these awards will be invited by BOMA Canada to compete nationally. Please view the key dates for this year's Awards cycle.

The BOMA Canada National TOBY Awards are announced and presented at BOMA Canada's National Conference and Exposition.

Winners of these Canadian national awards may be eligible to compete in the BOMA International Awards, to be presented in June during the North American Congress and Office Building show.

Eligible buildings going on to International competition will be contacted by BOMA Canada with registration information. Entrants will be required to adhere to current BOMA International TOBY criteria.
