Membership Information

Each BOMA Local Association determines its own membership dues structure, so please contact the association listed in your market for specific membership and dues information.

Complementing the membership benefits offered by your Local BOMA Association, membership in BOMA provides the following:

  • Direct access to the business network of commercial real estate industry professionals who gather monthly (or more frequently) in Canada and North American, and annually in September at BOMEX®, BOMA Canada's National Conference and Exposition, as well as access to BOMA International's Annual Convention and The Office Building Show.

Canadian Member at Large

The Canadian Member at Large, or CMAL, is an enhancement to the existing BOMA membership in Canada, designed for members interested in maintaining closer links to the international BOMA organization.

Why is the CMAL being offered?
This opportunity to enhance your existing local membership has been created as a result of BOMA Canada’s new affiliation agreement with BOMA International.

What are the benefits of becoming a CMAL?
BOMA Canada members who choose to upgrade to the CMAL will realize the following enhancements:

  • gaining a more global perspective on the commercial real estate industry;
  • full access at member rates to all BOMA International publications;
  • inclusion on the email distribution list for all BOMA International news;
  • a subscription to the BOMA magazine;
  • member rates to all BOMA International events and meetings; and
  • inclusion in and receipt of the BOMA International membership directory.

What does it cost to become a CMAL?
This upgrade is available to existing or new BOMA members in Canada at a cost of $125 Canadian per member (2009 Rates).
